Put a JWT tune in it as well. Ran the same. He runs 91 octane. Multiple fill ups by now with it being years of driving it like this. Wasnt like this for the timing belt years ago or it would have never left my shop. This happened at some point after. Crank/pulley keyway is good. I had pulley off to inspect when I tore it apart to check the timing belt and such. I put engine at top dead center as well, pulley timing mark lines up at zero on the timing range on the lower cover. I also checked VTC function at idle turning them on. Both are working and not stuck.
